A Sunday post - written on Sunday! I know - it's kooky!!

Sunday, Dec 14th!!! WAHAAATTT?!
Does that mean it is time to think about Christmas???

Don't look now, but SOMEONE is feeling better! I know ,you are all a little "sick" of reading about this flu, BUT - author's prerogative (brief aside here - I just discovered that I have been both pronouncing and spelling the word prerogative incorrectly my entire life!! It comes from the word privelege, and, as we all know, belongs to the women of the world as in "a woman's prerogative"), so allow me to announce, "I have decided to leave my place of recline and join the world today" . . . after a Gilmore Girls marathon in the a.m. One must not push one's health . . . and Rory got kissed in the market by Dean!! Watch out Dean; the bad boy is on his way.

Hmmmm, I seem to be a little all over the map. It may be due to the electrolyte (don't even care if I spell that one right/rightly/whatever) brew Jon had me create. It is making my head a little weird.
Your dad is off to Ottawa to fight his last fight with the federal financial mafia - scratch that - to be productive and collegial at the annual Christmas meetings.
He has been a real trooper this week - picked up all the slack while not feeling so hot himself. His reward? WHITE BREAD toast at the airport (your father's definition of cheating on me!)
. . . . . . .
brief interruption for rumour of the day. George just called to say he heard Wayne Easter is stepping down and Wes is running federally. I should be keeping track of these!
. . . . . . .
OK, going to run to town and finish up a few HoHoHo chores.
Have a great Sunday. Smile, stay dry, and connect with someone who makes you happy.
A smorgasbord of photos from the past five years today, I think this French River one (taken yesterday on my drive with "Lloyd") is a beauty:

Jon's shot of Dr. Godfrey at his cottage - walk on water, anyone? This is eerie.

Mom wanted to audition for Calendar Girls! Fox Harbour - 2009
