I have a confession - I have never liked the classic tale "A Christmas Carole". I mean I get it - give, be kind, don't hurt others, yada yada yada, but the story is endless and annoying. I can learn the same lessons from something worth watching . . . like "Maid in Manhatten!!" Same themes, better clothes!
Oops, the rambling thing is happening. I have no idea why I was thinking about Scrooge. Oh I know, your dad finally got home . . . no, that's not it. Wait, I was considering the office reaction if I asked for time off before Christmas . . . no, but fun to contemplate. My chains were rattling? I had the urge to wear a nightcap? I want a new career as a loan shark????
Wrong, all wrong. I thought, with a little nudge from Kelly today, that it is time for a photo review of Christmas Past.
So . . . hang on to your flannel nightshirt, pick up the candle stick, and let's soar through the night. Most of these stops along the way need no explanation, so I will say "I love you, Have a stellar Thursday . . . and enjoy the trip!" xoxoxo The editor apologizes for the sideways photos . . . grrrrr!
Best one yet Momma Bear........first pic was Gram and Gramp with Grampie B in Leaminton, Ontario, a long time ago!! I got GI Joe cut-outs that year up there!! Priceless honey!!
